What are MARKETPLACE Buyer Meetings?
The MARKETPLACE buyer meetings are a unique opportunity for small and diverse businesses to connect with federal, state, and local governmental entities as well as large corporations. At MARKETPLACE you will be able to meet one-on-one in person with representatives from these organizations to discuss your capabilities, identify potential opportunities, build long term relationships, and build your business with sales in the government and corporate markets.
Meeting times and check-in
Buyer meetings are on Dec. 12th in the morning and afternoon.
To participate in buyer meetings, register for MARKETPLACE and be sure to select “yes” when asked “Are you interested in participating in one on one buyer-supplier meetings?” On Dec 12, check in at the Buyer Meeting check-in table located in the Expo Hall.
Meetings process
MARKETPLACE buyer meetings are not pre-scheduled. WPI staff will be onsite to assist you identify opportunities and accompany you to the buyer tables. Meetings last no longer 10 minutes. This is a strict deadline out of respect for you and other businesses looking to meet with buyers.
